Yes, you can download the video lessons and accompanying PDFs for each lesson from the overview section.

4.　What if I feel that you are speaking too slowly or too quickly for me?

No problem! The lesson videos include an option to adjust the playback speed to suit your learning pace. You can find this feature on the bottom left-hand side of the screen—just click the “1x” box to either speed up or slow down the video.
